I live in Texas also, and we always have chili in the fall and winter. I love to make chili and serve it over rice along with onions and cheese.

I love chilli, especially in the winter with a slice of french bread to dip in it. Yummy! Great filling meal and cheap too.

We’ve already had chili twice in the past month, it was so good. I have to make a large pot due to my husband will eat it all week long.
