I am moving to an efficiency apartment and I’m not allowed to paint. The wall are almost like a deck paint blue. I don’t think I can even put up pictures because the walls may be concrete. I will be buying these to give my room a less prison cell look. I’ve seen colors that will be fun. I plan to use stripes and geometric shapes. I considered making design that were faux headboards.
